Tell us who you need to reach, what service they need and what stands in the way.
Whether you fund, lead or implement a programme, the conversation starts the same way: with the service, the people it is not yet reaching and what stands in the way.

Questions partners ask first.
Do the people we serve need a smartphone or mobile data?
No. SMS is our baseline: it works on basic phones as well as smartphones, with no app and no data bundle. USSD, WhatsApp, web chat and voice are added where they suit people better, and the channel mix is agreed with each partner during programme design.
What happens after I get in touch?
Our partnerships team reads your enquiry and replies by email with questions about the service, the people it needs to reach and the barrier. Your details are used only to respond, and you are not added to any mailing list.
Will this replace our systems or our staff?
No. We extend the reach of the systems an institution already has. The institution keeps its mandate, its systems and its decisions, and questions that need judgement are routed to qualified people.
What have you delivered so far?
Two live services built on Moozy.ai: conversational AI over SMS with a Botswana mobile network operator, and an SMS insurance journey for a Botswana insurance provider. The six programme areas apply that capability to new sectors with partners. See Capability in practice.
What does a partnership cost?
Costs depend on scope, channels, integration and scale, and are set out in each proposal. Access for the people a programme serves can be free or subsidised.
How is personal data handled?
Service journeys capture only what the service needs, with consent. Programme data is governed by the data-protection agreement for each programme, the law in each jurisdiction where it operates, and the partner’s own data-governance requirements.
Where do you work?
We are based in Gaborone, Botswana, where our capability is developed. An approach validated here can be adapted elsewhere only with local partners who hold the mandate, language and context.
