Accessibility statement

An organisation that advocates inclusive service design should publish an inclusive website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we have done

  • Semantic HTML, landmarks and a skip link on every page.
  • Full keyboard navigation with visible focus states.
  • Text and interface contrast checked against AA thresholds.
  • Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images.
  • Service-journey videos are silent, captioned on screen, never autoplay, and come with a written transcript.
  • Reduced-motion preferences respected throughout.
  • Pages designed mobile-first and kept light for slower connections.
